Matre Forestry Consulting, Inc. (MFC) was established in 1999 by Mike Matre in his hometown of Albany, Georgia. Growing up enjoying the beautiful fields and woods of Southwest Georgia led Mike to his land and forestry career, and to lay the foundation for the career Mike earned his Bachelors of Forestry degree and a Minor Equivalent in Real Estate from the University of Georgia in 1996. Mike is an Accredited Land Consultant and a member of the Association of Consulting Foresters.
Land management and forestry services are operated through Matre Forestry Consulting, Inc, and land brokerage services are operated through SVN | Saunders Ralston Dantzler Real Estate, where Mike Matre is a Senior Advisor.
